Israeli Owner and chef Rafael Hasid graduated from the French Culinary Institute; His idea was to use the knowledge he received there and try to develop a menu that was based on Mediterranean ingredients and dishes- but to have a bit of an Israeli twist. He wants his customers to have a good Mediterranean experience with high quality ingredients without burning a hole in their wallets.
